Summer's Wrath

Wrath Arcane's summer merchandise is in at Matthew Izzo. Let the revolution begin.

Wrath Arcane's mission is to revolutionize the clothing industry, one piece of apparel at a time. They use only domestic manufacturers and environmentally conscious fabric mills. But even if you have little interest in all that is green, Wrath Arcane still has something special to offer. 

Check out the detail on the Epaulet Dress Shirt (Top Row right). It features a simple cut, smart grid pattern and small black buttons. Clean cut enough to meet the parents, yet still with enough edge to fit in at your next local revolution/riot ...something to consider for the next World Series.

And if you are looking for something a little different in the hoodie department, check out the skeleton hoodie (Second row to the bottom, left).  It's one of those rare pieces of clothing that is interesting, fun and unique without demanding that people notice it and make awkward comments about how "different" it is. Rather the Skeleton Hoodie sticks with an unusual cut, keeps it basic and black and then uses the kind of fabric that you never want to take off. Hello summer evenings.

The two t-shirts in this collection feature graphics by artist Hilary White, a young lady who describes her work as a cross between the "graceful and the grotesque." Indeed, a tree-sprouting-smoking-menorah type-of-graphic is not something you can pick up at the local department store. And a quick note about the other t-shirt, I think wolves have officially become the hot animal of the season - replacing last seasons owls and octopi. Interesting, isn't it, that wolves so easily embody the concept of being both graceful and grotesque.
